Role Overview
Taranaki Rugby is seeking a Head Coach to lead the Central Roofing Taranaki Whio team campaign.
In 2025 the Central Roofing Taranaki Whio will compete in the Championship division of the Farah Palmer Cup presented by Bunnings Warehouse. The Farah Palmer Cup is New Zealand’s premier women’s provincial competition.
The Head Coach position is accountable for the performance of the campaign which includes, but is not limited to talent ID, player development, game plan development, campaign and environment planning and leading the management team.
As the Head Coach you will collaborate with a range of stakeholders including TRFU staff and management, clubs, schools, players, team management, support staff and commercial partners.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Head Coach and will have outstanding people management, communication, and relationship skills.
They will have a track record for growing and leading players and coaches to create an environment that delivers high standards and positive outcomes.
